Kriska Gora

Yesterday we climbed Kriska gora, 1473 m.
We started the hike in Golnik, walked past the Gozd village and through forest up to the hut on Kriska gora.

On returning the weather was getting worse and worse.

At the end of this hike we took a look of the Savica waterfall near the Bohinj Lake.

We had lost almost 2 hours so our guides decided to cancel the ascent to Mt. Mahavscek. We headed for mountain hut below Mt. Bogatin instead.

We had been following the path for about one hour when it suddenly disappeared. We were in the middle of nowhere. We had to return to the Govnjac pasture.
