Our next destination is St Jakob church on the hill, 806 m high. The succursal church of St. Jakob originates from the 17th century. It was severely damaged in the 1895 earthquake. In 1898 it was reconstructed to obtain its present shape.

This hill with St. Jakob church is very popular destination for hikers. On a sunny day there are fantastic views all around. But not today.
